Al Harris quietly rescuing a Cowboys draft bust that Mike Zimmer gave up on

There is a lot to be excited about with the Dallas Cowboys' new coaching staff. However, if there is one qualm Cowboys fans had in the offseason, it was letting former defensive backs coach and assistant head coach Al Harris leave for the Bears, who hired Harris as their defensive passing game coordinator.

Harris has a lot of talent to work with in Chicago's secondary, but he has quietly turning around the career of Nahshon Wright, a third-round pick of the Cowboys in 2021. Wright has seen a lot of burn with the first-team defense due to the injury to star cornerback Jaylon Johnson and he is seemingly taking full advantage of the opportunity.
