The Dallas Cowboys WILL Win The NFC East In 2015 - Here's Why

The Dallas Cowboys went 12-4 last season, ending three straight seasons of 8-8 records. The Cowboys nearly made it to the NFC Championship last year and are hoping to do that this season. But first, they have to make their way through the NFC East. Here are four reasons why the Cowboys will win the NFC East this season.

Better Defense

Losing Orlando Scandrick hurts, but Dallas' defense should be better this season. Either Brandon Carr or Morris Claiborne must step up this season. Rookie Byron Jones will need to make an impact. The return of Sean Lee will be a massive boost at linebacker, especially once Rolando McClain returns after his suspension. The defensive line should be much improved with the team's new additions. Randy Gregory has looked great in the preseason. Greg Hardy will have a big impact after his suspension is over. DeMarcus Lawrence and Tyrone Crawford could both have breakout seasons. The defense might not be top five, but it will be good enough to get Dallas an NFC East title.

Great Offensive Weapons

Dez Bryant is among the best WRs in the NFL. Terrance Williams could have a breakout season. Cole Beasley is underrated in the slot. Jason Witten is still as consistent as ever. DeMarco Murray is gone, but either Joseph Randle or Darren McFadden should have a good season behind the Cowboys' great offensive line.

Tony Romo

Having the best QB in the NFC East makes things easier. Romo had one of his best seasons last year, at age 34. He'll turn 35 this season, but he might be even better this year. He'll have a full offseason of health for the first time in three seasons and it will show. As long as Romo is playing well, Dallas will be competing for the NFC East.

Best Offensive Line In NFL

The NFL hasn't seen an offensive line this stacked since the Cowboys' dynasty in the 1990s. Tyron Smith, Travis Frederick and Zack Martin are all among the best at their positions. Doug Free and Ronald Leary both played well last season. Leary might even lose his job to La'El Collins, a first round talent who went undrafted. The Cowboys even spent a third round pick on Chaz Green to be their swing tackle of the future. The offensive line will guide the Cowboys to an NFC East title and beyond this season.
