Byron Jones Replacements: Top 10 Free Agent CB The Cowboys Could Sign In NFL Free Agency

The Dallas Cowboys rumors are that they won’t be re-signing Byron Jones in NFL Free Agency. If that’s the case, the Cowboys must look for Byron Jones replacements, since he is their #1 cornerback. Cowboys Report host Tom Downey takes a look at the top NFL Free Agents the Cowboys could sign to replace Byron Jones in 2020.

Byron Jones has become one of the better corners in the NFL, but at a price tag that could approach or eclipse $15 million, he might not be back with the Dallas Cowboys. So could the Cowboys instead spend big on players like Trae Waynes, James Bradberry or Chris Harris? Those are some of the other top free agent CBs this year.

Two corner targets are already free agents: Josh Norman and Vernon Hargreaves. But those players have serious issues, so are they worth a gamble? Other names to watch include Bradley Roby, Aqib Talib and Eli Apple. Talib has ties to Dallas and has expressed interest in the past in playing for the Cowboys.
