Cowboys DE DeMarcus Ware will miss 3-4 weeks with a strained quad, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Ware left Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins with the injury, and although he sounded optimistic that he'd be able to return to the game at the time, it appears the injury was worse than previously reported.
Ware has 19 tackles and four sacks through six games so far this season. The nine-year NFL veteran has been named to seven pro bowls, and is a seven-time All-Pro.
