After putting in the hours at the gym this morning in their pre-season hotel in Switzerland, a group of the Crystal Palace squad battled it out in a competitive clash of a head tennis/water polo hybrid.
Played in the pool and with Scott Guyett running the competition, players such as James McArthur, Patrick van Aanholt and Connor Wickham fought for victory as they wound down from the first day of tour.
The goal was to land the ball in the bins at either end of the pool, though the challenge was tougher than it sounds: with 'goals' closely guarded by 'keepers Wayne Hennessey and Stephen Henderson.
