Crystal Palace Under-23s recorded a good victory over Queens Park Rangers today, with Eagles midfielder Gio McGregor stealing the show as the match wound to a close with an astonishing goal in the final few minutes of play.
But despite securing Palace's win by netting their second goal, McGregor suggested that his side had been on top throughout. He said: "From the beginning, we started well and were on top of them. They didn't really do anything to hurt us so I feel like we stayed in the game and showed our quality on the ball.
