Roy Hodgson is the third-oldest manager ever and is still enjoying every moment

The late, great Sir Bobby Robson remains the Premier League's oldest manager. He stood on the sideline at the age of 71 years and 191 days with Newcastle.

Behind him is Manchester United's Sir Alex Ferguson, another legendary boss who was 71 years and 139 days when he finally decided to hang up his chewing gum.

Their love for football carried them into their later years and the same has happened to Roy Hodgson, the Crystal Palace manager who is third in the all-time list.
