Crystal Palace have held talks with former Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo regarding their vacant head coach job.
Santo is available after leaving Wolves at the end of the season and Eagles chiefs have moved to discuss the possibility of replacing Roy Hodgson.
The Portuguese is emerging as strong contender for the role, though the club have also considered a number of alternative coaches.
Nuno waved goodbye to Wolves at the end of the season following four years at the club, in what was a shock departure following a rift with the club's owners over transfers.
