Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola plots £80m summer spending spree

Manchester City are plotting an £80million double swoop for English full backs Ben Chilwell and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Pep Guardiola already spent more than £100m on bolstering the position two years ago but the Spaniard is still eager to strengthen with the homegrown pair, according to The Sun.

Chilwell, 22, has starred for Leicester this term and recently signed a new contract, meaning he is expected to cost in excess of £50m.

Wan-Bissaka has been one of the shining lights at Crystal Palace at the tender age of 21 and is valued at around £30m.
