Crystal Palace will make a second check on Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun when he plays in the Champions League this week.
Eagles director of football Dougie Freedman saw Tosun score twice for Turkey against Finland in a World Cup qualifier last week.
The club will follow up their interest by watching again when the 26-year-old faces Monaco on Tuesday.

Roy Hodgson's bottom-of-the-table side have prioritised signing a forward in January with both their current No 9s Christian Benteke and Connor Wickham injured.
