Crystal Palace have signed Jonathan Benteke — the younger brother of club record striker Christian Benteke.
Just a few weeks after spending £32million to buy Benteke from Liverpool, Alan Pardew has added his 21-year-old sibling to their development squad on a one-year deal.
The younger Benteke was told he was unwanted by Belgian Pro League side Zulte Waregem.
They mutually agreed to terminate his contract in the summer, although his former club want a fee of £85,000 to compensate them for money invested in the player.
