OMAHA, Neb. -- Creighton women's tennis head coach Tom Lilly announced the signing of Malvika Shukla, who will join the program beginning in the fall of 2020.
Shukla is a native of Mumbai, India, and has been ranked among the top-50 players in the women's division in her home country. She recently owned a UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) of 9.42.
"Creighton was the best university for me because it provides me with the perfect balance between playing tennis in one of the most competitive D1 conferences, challenges me to put in my best effort on the academic front, and gives me the opportunity to grow and find what truly makes me happy," said Shukla.
