Women’s Tennis Narrowly Falls to Drake, Snapping Six Match Winnings Streak

DES MOINES, Iowa – The Creighton women's tennis team had its six match winnings streak snapped with a 4-3 loss to Drake at the Roger Knapp Tennis Center in Des Moines, Iowa on Saturday afternoon.

The loss drops the Bluejays to 6-1 on the season, while Drake improved to 5-3 with the win. The six-match winning streak to start the year was the Bluejays best start under head coach Tom Lilly.
