TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Creighton women's tennis teams claimed a 2020 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team award and 10 individuals from the women's team earned scholar-athlete awards, the ITA announced on Tuesday.
The Bluejay women accumulated a 3.82 GPA during the spring and 3.78 last fall. This is the 13th straight year that Creighton has attained ITA All-Academic Team recognition on the women's side. In addition to its ITA award, the women's tennis program claimed its ninth consecutive APR Public Recognition Award in May.
This is the fourth straight year that Kendra Lavallee was recognized and third in a row for Erin Epperson.
