OMAHA, Neb. – The Creighton women's tennis soared to a 4-0 victory over Kansas City inside the Hanscom Tennis Center on Friday afternoon.
With the win, the Bluejays improved to 11-6 on the year, while Kansas City fell to 5-10 overall with the loss.
"Credit to our girl's for coming out ready to compete hard, even though we have some sore bodies and a few injuries to deal with," said head coach Tom Lilly. "I liked how we are battling hard every time out regardless of location or opponent. We will get back after it on Monday and prepare for a really good South Dakota team next Thursday.
