SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The Creighton women's tennis team claimed a 6-1 victory over South Dakota on Wednesday afternoon at Huether Family Match Pointe in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Wednesday's match marked the Bluejays' final regular-season match away from Omaha.
Creighton improved to 6-11 this spring, while the Coyotes fell to 7-8.
The Bluejays secured the first point of the day with doubles victories at the No. 2 and 3 positions. Erin Epperson and Gabby O'Connor combined for a 6-1 win in the No. 2 slot, while Michaela Henne and Claire Embree clinched the opening point with a 6-2 win at No.
