OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton women's soccer midfielder's Aida Kardovic and Lara Kazandjian earned All-BIG EAST First Team honors, while senior Jordy Rothwell claimed a spot on the All-BIG EAST Second Team, the league announced on Wednesday morning.
Earning her third consecutive All-BIG EAST First Team honor, Kardovic became just the second Bluejay in school history to earn three straight All-Conference First Team honors. She is joined by Brittney Neumann, who earned All-MVC First Team accolade in 2009, 2010 and 2011, as the only players to earn First Team All-Conference honors in three straight season.
