Washington, D.C. -- For the second time in three seasons the Creighton women's soccer team delivered a shocking result in the nation's capital, posting a 2-2 draw at #10 Georgetown on Sunday, Oct. 13. Creighton also battled the Hoyas to a draw at Shaw Field in 2016, the only BIG EAST team to earn a result at the Hoyas' home pitch during the last three years.
Creighton moved to 7-5-2 on the season and 1-2-2 in BIG EAST play following Sunday's draw, while Georgetown is 10-2-2 overall and 4-0-1 in conference action.
The Bluejays return to Omaha for their next contest as Creighton hosts Providence on Saturday, Oct.
