OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton women's soccer's Lara Kazandjian and Stacy Qosja have each been selected to participate for their respective countries National Teams in upcoming UEFA Euro qualifying matches.
"Representing your national team is one of the highest honors you can earn in sports," said head coach Jimmy Walker. "It's a great opportunity for our players to play for their counties and we are excited to see how they do. We are very proud of both our players."
Kazandjian will be joining the Armenian National Team for Euro 2024 qualifying matches against Romania (April 5) and Bulgaria (April 9), while Qosja will once again compete for the Under 19 Albanian National Team in Euro 2024 qualifying match against Cyprus (April 3), Lichtenstein (April 6) and Scotland (April 9).
