BURLINGTON, Iowa -- Freshman Gabby Tremblay and sophomore Katie Allen tied for 11th place to help the Creighton women's golf team tie for eighth place at the MVC Preview, which concluded on Tuesday.
Tremblay's 11th-place finish came in the third tournament of the freshman's young career. She shot rounds of 79 and 77 on Monday before closing with an 80 for a 236 aggregate.
Also shooting a 236 total was reigning BIG EAST Golfer of the Week Katie Allen. The Bluejay sophomore opened with a 78 before closing out the event with consecutive 79's.
