Cancun, Mexico -- Senior Jaylyn Agnew scored 23 points of her career-high 34 points in the opening half to lead the Creighton women's basketball team to an 82-75 win over #23 West Virginia in the opening game for both teams at the Cancun Challenge on Thursday, Nov. 28th.
The win pushed the Bluejays to 5-1 on the season, while the Mountaineers fell to 4-1 with the loss.
Creighton wraps up its play in the Cancun Challenge on Friday, Nov. 29th as the Bluejays take on Temple at 8:00 pm (CT).
