Omaha, Neb. -- Following the postponement of Creighton's scheduled home game with Butler on Dec. 19, due to a pause in the Butler program due to COVID-19 protocols, the upcoming schedule for the Creighton women's basketball team has shifted. The Bluejays will now travel for road games at Connecticut (Dec. 17) and Villanova (Dec. 19) next week.
The contest on Dec. 17 will be the second time Creighton has faced the Huskies, both games on the road in Storrs, Conn., and the first as BIG EAST foes. The last trip out to Connecticut came during the 2014-15 season, a 96-60 Creighton loss.
