Atlanta, Ga. -- The Creighton women's basketball team was honored Tuesday, July 23rd as the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced its 2018-19 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll. The Bluejays ranked 14th in NCAA Division I, with a team grade point average of 3.606.
Creighton is one of two BIG EAST institutions honored in the top-25 as DePaul came in 17th with a 3.561 GPA. The Bluejays have earned the WBCA Academic Top 25 Honor eight times in head coach Jim Flanery's 16 seasons at the helm.
