OMAHA, Neb. -- Jaali Winters set Creighton Volleyball's all-time kills record to help the No. 10 Bluejays to a 3-0 win over St. John's on Sunday.
A senior from Ankeny, Iowa, Winters had a match-high 16 kills and now owns 1,633 kills. She broke the Leah Ratzlaff's previous mark of 1,622 on an attack midway through the second set off an assist from long-time friend and teammate Megan Ballenger. Winters hit a season-best .441, with four kills in the first set, five in the second set and seven in the final frame.
