CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Annika Welty returned to the floor for the first time since August to help the No. 14 Creighton Volleyball team roll to a 3-0 win at Xavier on Saturday. Scores of the match were 25-21, 25-18, 25-14.
Welty had four kills, three digs and a block in 14 swings for CU, which played without regulars Erica Kostelac and Emily Bressman. CU was paced by a 10 kills and 10 digs by Jaela Zimmerman, 14 kills from Keeley Davis, 18 digs by Brittany Witt and 36 assists and nine digs from Madelyn Cole.
