No. 17 Creighton volleyball now turns its attention to the Bluejay Invitational this upcoming weekend at D.J. Sokol Arena, where the team will take on UNO, Drake, and No. 12 Washington.
The Jays go into this tournament rolling, following an unbeaten performance last weekend that saw them claim victories over two top-15 opponents in Kentucky and USC. As a result, Creighton saw its ranking in the American Volleyball Coaches Poll rise from 23rd to 17th in Monday’s new poll.
Following the Bluejays’ tournament win over UNI, head coach Kirsten Bernthal Booth said she felt it was the best the team had played so far this year.
