OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton Volleyball team will enter the postseason with the nation's No. 8 RPI and a No. 20 ranking in the final regular-season edition of the American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 25 Coaches Poll.
That's a four-spot improvement in the RPI for Creighton, which also climbed up two spots in the AVCA voting.
The Bluejays, winners of 13 straight, own a nation-best 30 victories as it enters its 10th straight NCAA Tournament. The Bluejays improved to 30-3 overall with 3-0 sweeps over the weekend against DePaul and Marquette to clinch the program's seventh BIG EAST Tournament title in the past eight seasons.
