Villanova, Pa. -- A Villanova goal in the 86th minute was the undoing for the Creighton women's soccer team on Sunday, October 10th as the Bluejays fell to the Wildcats 2-1.
The loss dropped Creighton to 6-6-2 on the season and 0-4-1 in BIG EAST play, while Villanova climbed to 7-7-0 overall and 1-5-0 in conference action.
Creighton returns to the pitch on Thursday, October 14th as the Bluejays face off with Connecticut in a road match set to kick off at 6:00 pm
