Omaha, Neb. -- Creighton senior Parker Upton collected his first career Player of the Week honor on Monday, May 3. Upton led Creighton to a 3-1 series win over St. John's last weekend with team-highs in RBI (8), average (.400), stolen bases (2), slugging percentage (.667) and delivered a pivotal outfield assist in the Bluejays' 11-4 win on Sunday. Upton set the tone for the series in his first at-bat, launching a grand slam in the bottom of the first Friday night, helping the Bluejays post a 6-1 win.
Creighton's ace Dylan Tebrake followed up his Pitcher of the Week nod on April 27 with a spot on the Honor Roll.
