Omaha, Neb. -- Bluejay freshman goalkeeper Keelan Terrell collected her first BIG EAST honor on Monday, Sept. 23, earning the conference's Freshman of the Week nod.
With starting goalkeeper Katie Sullivan sidelined, Terrell stepped in for her first career start on Tuesday at Kansas City. Keelan collected a pair of saves to lead Creighton to its sixth win of the season. She then followed with four saves at (RV) Florida Atlantic on Sunday, surrendering just one goal which came in the 82nd minute.
For the week Creighton's redshirt freshman went 1-1-0 in two starts.
