Plymouth Meeting, Pa. -- Needing to sweep the final BIG EAST series, senior stepped up to show his squad he was ready to fight with a complete game shutout win over Villanova on Friday, May 11.
It was the Bluejays' first complete game since Keith Rogalla went the distance against St. John's on April 9, 2017 and Creighton's first complete game shutout since Rollie Lacy do so to the Red Storm on April 17, 2015.
The victory pushed the Bluejays to 29-15 on the season and 6-9 in BIG EAST action, while Villanova fell to 8-34 overall and 0-13 in conference play.
