Split Team Ties For First; Places Fifth at Big O Classic

ELKHORN, Neb. -- Creighton men's golf had two of the top five teams at the Big O Classic, which concluded on Tuesday in Elkhorn. The Bluejays split their squad into an "A" and "B" team, with the top team tying for first place and the second squad earning a fifth place finish.

Omaha and Creighton both shot an 878 over the course of 54 holes, with Omaha winning the tiebreaker for the title thanks to having the best third round score (Omaha shot 287; Creighton shot 291).

The A team was led by sophomore Grant Feldman, who tied for second place with a 1-under 215 total after rounds of 72, 71 and 72.
