OMAHA, Neb. – Due to anticipated weather in the forecast on Sunday, the Creighton softball team has adjusted its schedule for this weekend's home series against Villanova.
The Bluejays and Wildcats were scheduled to play a three-game series with a single game on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Creighton and Villanova will now play a doubleheader on Friday beginning at 1 p.m. with game two to follow 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first contest.
In addition, Saturday's single game that was originally scheduled for 12 p.m. has been pushed back and will now start at 1 p.
