Box Score 1 EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Creighton's offense manufactured 22 runs and 25 hits to sweep day two of the Evansville Softball Invitational. The Bluejays opened the day with a 14-6 run-rule victory over Oakland before downing Green Bay 8-0 in five innings on Saturday at Cooper Stadium in Evansville, Indiana.
The pair of wins lifts the Bluejays overall record to 10-6.
In game one, Creighton jump on Oakland with four runs in the bottom of the first. Sophomore Cayla Nielsen started things off with a double into centerfield and scored on a single up the middle from Kiara Mills.
