OMAHA, Neb. – The Creighton softball team dropped its BIG EAST home opener to Seton Hall, 7-2, at the Creighton Sports Complex on Friday afternoon.
The loss drops the Bluejays to 13-16 on the year and 0-4 in BIG EAST play, while Seton Hall improved to 13-10 and 4-3 in league action with the win.
Senior was one of four Bluejays to record a hit in the contest, leading the way with a pair of base knocks, including a double. Freshman also collected a pair of hits in the game, while and each recorded one hit.
