The victory moved the Bluejays to 19-14 on the season and 4-3 in BIG EAST action, while Georgetown fell to 10-20 overall and 1-9 in conference play.
earned the win (13-2) with a two-hit shutout, notching her 200th career strikeout in the opening frame. Georgetown's Kayla Dunn took the loss (4-8), allowing eight runs (seven earned) on 11 hits over 4.2 innings.
