Nogales, Sonora, Mexico - - Rising Creighton junior Norah Sis helped the USA Volleyball Under-21 National Team to a Group B title with a 3-0 win over Costa Rica on Friday morning at the U21 Women's NORCECA Pan American Cup. The US needed just 53 minutes to finish off the 25-11, 25-8, 25-9 sweep.
For the first time in eight career matches wearing national team colors, Sis played as a reserve. She checked in with the US up 14-4 in the second set and slammed kills on two of the next three points (15-4 and 16-5), then added to her totals with kills to make it 19-5 and 24-6.
