Omaha, Neb. -- After getting just two points from seniors and in the opening quarter, the duo scored 42 points in the final three as #22 Creighton defeated Providence 81-70 on Sunday, January 14 in D.J. Sokol Arena.
The win pushed the Bluejays to 13-3 on the season and 4-2 in BIG EAST action, while Providence fell to 8-10 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
The Bluejays have a few days off before getting back on the court on Sunday, January 21 at Villanova for an 11:00 a.m. game on CBS Sports Network.
