The Creighton men’s basketball team returned to the court on Sunday against another top 25 team in Butler. The Bluejays continued their hot streak with an easy 81-59 victory in front of a top 20 attendance crowd at the CHI Health Center Omaha.
Marcus Zegarowski led the way with 25 points, including going 7-of-7 from behind the arc, to set a new Creighton record for number of three’s made while perfect from the field. Christian Bishop had an impressive stat line of his own with 19 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 blocks, and 3 steals. He seemed to be flying all over the court.
