The Creighton men’s basketball team played the final Big East regular season game after a day full of upsets preceding them. However, the Bluejays did not let a hot DePaul team take down their momentum and pulled away with a 91-78 win over the Blue Demons on Saturday night.
Mitch Ballock was perfect from the field in the first half, and he was almost perfect in the second half breaking a Creighton record of three-pointers in a game, with 11, and scored a career high 39 points in the victory. Martin Krampelj put in 23 points and 10 rebounds and Marcus Zegarowski dished out 10 assists as the Bluejays battled to victory.
