Creighton baseball played their final game of their series against California on Saturday in their regular season finale. However, their 7-2 loss pales in comparison to what appears to be Creighton’s final game of the season.
With the Georgetown vs. Seton Hall series shortened to two games on the basis of weather, all the Bluejays could do was ponder what could have been had the third game of the series been played and a final opportunity to get into the Big East tournament and keep their NCAA postseason hopes alive after a solid non-conference slate, including winning this past weekend’s series against the Bears.
