OMAHA, Neb. – The Creighton men's and women's soccer teams will be competing on a new playing surface this fall. The process to remove the current surface and install FieldTurf CORE at Morrison Stadium started on Monday, July 22 and is expected to be completed by Aug. 4, prior to the start of the men's and women's soccer competition seasons.
"We are very excited to see this upgrade to Morrison Stadium for the upcoming season," Creighton Director of Athletic Facilities Brandon McCarville said. "It is our goal to provide the highest quality playing surface for our student-athletes and we feel that FieldTurf's CORE product will meet or even exceed that goal.
