DES MOINES, Iowa – The Creighton men's tennis team wrapped up play with four singles victories at the Bulldog Invite on Sunday afternoon inside the Roger Knapp Tennis Center.
Shin Inoue, Oscar Alvarez, Kirtan Patel and Zachary Kuo each claimed consolation victories on Sunday afternoon. Inoue, Patel and Kuo claimed straight-sets victories, while Alvarez won a third-set tiebreaker.
Alvarez dropped his first set of the day before coming back to win the second set 6-1. He then outlasted Omaha's Davis Lawley in the third set, 10-8, claiming the three-set victory.
