TEMPE, Ariz. – The Creighton men's tennis team claimed a 2023 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team award and seven individuals from the men's squad earned scholar-athlete awards, the ITA announced on July 10.
Graduate transfers Oscar Alvarez and Ricky Rubio earned their fifth straight ITA Scholar-Athlete Award, while recent graduate Casey Ross secure the third scholar-athlete honor of his career. Senior Matthew Lanahan claimed his third consecutive scholar-athlete honor while Ethan Neil and Zack Maline each secured their second straight ITA Scholar-Athlete award.
