BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The Creighton men's soccer team earned a 1-1 draw during a neutral site match against Ohio State on Monday evening in Bloomington, Indiana during the adidas/IU Credit Union Classic.
The Bluejays moved to 1-2-1, while the Buckeyes also sent their record to 1-2-1.
Ohio State scored the first goal of the match during the 32nd minute. A cross from the left side of the pitch bounced around the center of the 18-yard box before Channing Chasten recovered the loose ball and found the back of the net.
Both teams tallied just three shots during the first half as the Buckeyes held a 1-0 advantage at the halftime break.
