Men's Soccer Moves Up To #12 In United Soccer Coaches Poll

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton men's soccer team jumped up to the No. 12 position in the United Soccer Coaches Poll, which was released by the organization on Tuesday.

The Bluejays moved up 13 spots from No. 25 after finishing last week 1-0 with a 3-0 win against Butler on Saturday to open BIG EAST play and improve to 4-1-1 overall.

Creighton's current ranking marks the program's highest since Oct. 18, 2016 when the Bluejays were No. 10.

Sven Koenig leads the team in points (6) and goals (3) after posting a pair goals against Butler.
