OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton men's soccer team fell to Nebraska-Omaha, 3-0, on Saturday afternoon at Caniglia Field.
The Bluejays dropped its season record to 1-1, while the Mavericks improved to 1-1.
UNO scored all three of its goals during the first half of action. The Mavericks scored during the sixth, eighth and 22nd minutes. Ed Port coverted the first goal, while Hugo Kametini recorded a brace by scoring the second and third tallies.
Charles Auguste and Callum Watson each paced the Bluejays with two shots as Creighton ended the match with an 11-10 edge in shots.
