INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Two goals in the final 16 minutes helped the Butler men's soccer team upset Creighton, 3-2, in the regular-season finale for both teams.
Butler ends its season with a 4-6-2 overall mark (4-2-2 BIG EAST) while slaving a season-split against Creighton (6-5-0, 5-3-0 BIG EAST). The Bluejays season continues next Saturday at the BIG EAST Championships. A venue and opponent will be announced later tonight at the conclusion of the regular-season elsewhere around the league.
