NEW YORK – The Creighton men's basketball team will visit the University of Michigan on Tuesday, Nov., 12, as part of the fifth annual Gavitt Tipoff Games.
The Gavitt Tipoff Games features eight men's basketball contests set for Nov. 11-14, 2019 between the BIG EAST and Big Ten Conferences. It is named in honor of Hall of Famer Dave Gavitt, founder of the BIG EAST and basketball visionary.
Game times and television network assignments will be announced at a later date. All games will be televised on FS1 or BTN.
Among the 16 participating schools, 14 played in the postseason last year, including nine in the 2019 NCAA Tournament.
