OMAHA, Neb. -- Two dominant road wins catapulted the Creighton men's basketball team to 10th in this week's Associated press Top 25 poll. the Bluejays are also 11th in this week's USA Today Coaches poll, and fourth in the NCAA's initial NET rankings of the winter.
The improvement from 15th in the AP poll and 14th in the Coaches poll came after Creighton won 79-65 at Oklahoma State on Thursday and 89-60 at Nebraska on Sunday. The win over the Cowboys was OSU's second-largest margin in a non-conference home loss since 1978, while Sunday's triumph was NU's largest non-conference home loss since 1938.
